The astrological community has been looking at March 2025 with much anticipation. Many dates are indicating major events in this month. Each of us has decided to weave our stories differently with the thread of this energy.

Naturally, mind wants to know what will happen with these intense transit. Mind wants to know if it will be ‘good’ or ‘bad’. I’m acknowledging my need to know but I’m giving myself the permission to not know everything and still choosing to face whatever is ahead. This is my trust in myself.

I trust myself to live through anything that is ahead of me. I trust myself to do my best with this month. I invite you to be a conscious observer of how the story unfolds for you in the month of March 2025.

01 March – Venus goes Retrograde: Venus represents the lover, beauty, feminine, artist, diplomat, romantic partner, sensuality, fashion, luxury, self-worth (aka money) etc. The retrograde period might ask us to revaluate these areas in our lives which might lead us to a new realization. Let’s constantly remind ourself to act from a place of love.

04 March – Neptune in a Critical or Anaretic degree: I’m still trying to understand the impact of a transiting planet in an Anaretic degree. According to many sources, this could represent a ‘blinding force’. Since Neptune is the master of ‘blinding-ness’, less be cautious about making major decisions. Neptune will enter Aries after March 30.

14 March – Lunar Eclipse in Virgo: We can expect activities in the houses activated by Pisces and virgo. No transits work in a silo, therefore, it’s possible that you have started feeling the activation even before the eclipse.

Half-way through writing this blog, I started reading “The Art of Predictive Astrology: Forecasting Your Life Events” by Carol Rushman. And I immediately skipped to the chapter of eclipses. She has explained beautifully about how eclipses doesn’t have to be a negative but we might receive ‘gifts’ or other good outcomes based on which houses the eclipses are activating. She also recommended looking into the series of all eclipses throughout the year and the houses to get a more complete picture. This is some of the most meaningful books I have found that talks about eclipses so far. I highly recommend the book to all astrology enthusiasts.

15 March – Mercury Retrograde begins in Aries: (But like why did it have to be during the peak tax return season?!). Let’s be mindful in all of our communications and calculations. Avoid planning travels and major events.

21 March – Sun Enters Aries: All I want to say is that I’m grateful that at least Mars is direct now. Check the area represented by Aries and observe if that area becomes activated for you.

28 March – Retrograded Venus enter Pisces: Looks like Venus wants to have a say in whatever is happening in the area of our life that is affected by the Lunar eclipse. Or it’s working in the shadow that is impacting the events.

29 March – Solar Eclipse in Aries: We end the month with some more activities in our Aries area. Remember that not all eclipses represent a public event. Sometime, the changes that are happening are more psychological.

This is a season where our soul is on a mission to change things up! For many of us, embracing this change is not easy. I just watched an interview by Maya Angelou where she said that when she enters the stage she calls upon everyone who has ever loved her to be with her. She said that people call it charisma but they don’t see the shadows that is she is casting of all the people who have ever loved her on the stage. The shadows make us magnetic. So if you’re asked to face difficult situations, call upon the energy of all people who have ever loved you – to be with you to face it. I will be doing that. And we shall never have to be alone in it.
